I had a wonderful experience with this company. I placed an order online a few days later I received a phone call telling me they were mistakenly out of stock. The sales rep stayed online and gave me a description of each glove and told me what I really needed while I was on their web site. She also called me back to double check that they were really in stock Over the top service

Shipping:
We can ship within the continental United States. Any orders placed after 1:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Saturday deliveries are not available.
Please note that any orders over 15 cases cannot be sent air due to their weight.
Any large orders shipped via freight (LTL) can take up to 4 business days to process prior to shipping. Orders above 300 lbs. or 20 cases may be considered freight orders.
All free shipping offers apply to ground shipments only.
Returns:
Sometimes you just have to return an item - we’ve all been there. We’d like to make the process simple! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned product.
You can return any unopened boxes of gloves to receive a partial refund. There will be a $10 restocking fee associated with any open case return. All opened cases are to be returned to our Exton, PA warehouse to receive a refund. Please contact us for details.
