Shipping & Returns


We currently only ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Our shipping cut off time is 12:30 pm EST (9:30 am PST). Any orders placed after our cut off time will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not offer Saturday shipping. Orders of over 15 cases cannot be shipped via Air. For details on Next Day and Second Day Air shipments, please see our terms and conditions. 

Any large orders shipped via freight (LTL) can take up to 4 business days to process prior to shipping. Orders above 200 lbs. or 20 cases may be considered freight orders. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We're currently offering free shipping on all orders over $99. All Free Shipping promotions apply to ground shipments only. Free shipping and discounted shipping rates are not available for shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.


Sometimes you just have to return an item - we’ve all been there. We’d like to make the process simple! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 5% restocking fee. 

You should expect to receive your refund applied to your credit card within 3 business days of the product being received at our return center. It may take a few extra days to show up on your credit card statement.

Incorrect/Damaged Items

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time. If any item is incorrect, damaged or missing from your shipment, we will do everything in our power to get it right!

  • Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Contact us after receiving the package.
  • Keep the damaged packaging/product, we may ask you to take photos of it.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of damage or our error. Please Contact Us with your order number and product details and we'll get the ball rolling. 


Return to Sender/Refused Deliveries

For any shipment, both small parcel and freight, where the order has been refused or returned and GloveNation is not at fault, the order will be refunded minus the costs incurred shipping the product. For orders shipped via freight, this will include both the outbound and return freight charges. Freight orders where the carrier is unable to contact the customer to set up delivery will also incur both inbound and outbound freight charges as well as a restocking fee.
