Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

GloveNation currently only ships within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Please note there are restrictions on products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain states.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 

Shipping cut off time is 12:30 pm ET (9:30 am PT). Orders placed after the cut off time will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not offer Saturday shipping. For details on Expedited shipments, please see our terms and conditions. 

Free Shipping

GloveNation currently offers free shipping on all orders over $99* to the continental United States.  Free Shipping is only available via FedEx.
We do not offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
Large Orders (200+lbs and/or 20+ cases) do not qualify for Free Shipping. 

Large Orders - Freight Surcharge

Orders above 200 lbs. or 20 cases may be considered freight orders. Orders that meet these qualifications will be charged a $75.00 handling fee. Large orders cannot be expedited. Large orders shipped via freight (LTL) can take up to 4 business days to process prior to shipping. Customers whose orders qualify as a "Large Order" will be alerted to the status of their order and to confirm all customer information. If attempts to contact the customer go unanswered, orders will be cancelled, and the customer will incur a 5% restocking fee. Multiple orders that are placed to avoid the $75.00 handling fee will be combined for shipping purposes and put on hold until the $75.00 fee is paid.

Returns:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund less a 5% restocking fee and cost of shipping.

Please note some products in our clearance section are Final Sale and cannot be returned. These products will have Final Sale notated on the product, as well as the last two digits of the price ending in .99.

You should expect to receive your refund applied to your original form of payment within 3 business days of the product being received at the return center. An additional 48-72 hours may pass before seeing the return on your original form of payment.

Shipping Protection

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our warehouses. Shipments become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. For this reason we offer shipping insurance/protection at checkout. This will help cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Package protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout. You are able to opt-out if you wish to decline protection. 

  • If you opted-in for Shipping Protection and need to file a claim, please click HERE.
  • All claims against lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be filed through the above link.
    • If Shipping Insurance was not purchased for your order, we will handle the claim of the damaged item(s) on a case-by-case basis.  
  • Package Protection does NOT cover:
    • Expedited shipments not arriving on time
    • Order mis-deliveries from the carrier
    • Quality control issues
  • Shipping Protection is not available for refund.

Incorrect/Missing Items

If any item is incorrect or missing from your shipment, we will do everything in our power to remedy the issue.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs. 

Return to Sender/Refused Deliveries

For any shipment where the order has been refused or returned and GloveNation is not at fault, the order will be refunded minus the costs incurred shipping the product. This will include orders that qualified for Free Shipping. 
For orders shipped via freight carrier, this will include both the outbound and return freight charges. Freight orders where the carrier is unable to contact the customer to set up delivery will also incur both inbound and outbound freight charges as well as a restocking fee.
